sorry if this has come up in the past, but: i just got the monolake hong kong cd (which i got for $6 shipped, courtesy of music boulevard). however, to my dismay, the cd is VERY firmly stuck in the metal case. i pulled, turned, poked, lifted... nothing. so, i figured i could either warm the case or cool the case and the resultant expansion/contraction would allow me to remove the cd and throw the cursed tin away. so, any suggestions? any way of getting the cd out would be appreciated... thanks. ethan
