I've been trying to contact them since the summer to try and get some records from them with no luck. After 3 emails and several weeks, the North American office tells me that to buy vinyl on a credit card I have to do it through the UK office. I've sent them another 3 email messages with no reply. Do these people want to move their merchandise or what? They may put out great music, but their customer service sucks! Could it be that the Ninjas have grown too big for their own good? If Matt Black and Jonathan More really give a shit about their company, they better start paying attention to their customers. :~( An annoyed customer, Pedro Cevallos -- Be here now... http://www.cat.net/~cevallos/ ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail. ***Don't dis the Ninjas. The North American office is run by a v. small group of people (remember, they're independent and where a major would have twenty people taking care of things, they might have just two) who are doing their best. If they haven't replied to emails lately, it's probably cos they're on tour throughout North America (keeping in mind again that the whole gang would be with the artists touring cos they don't have a "touring team" etc). If you like their music, stick with them. Vinyl on credit must be bought through the UK? If that's what they told ya, then go through the UK. Let's not start dissing labels that continually put out good music and keep pushing forward. Black and Moore have plenty of credibility. There's enough crap out there already, so let's support the good guys we have now. Andrew cevallos@juno.com wrote:

Fuck are you a big baby or what? Why bitch to all these lists? Its not like Ninja Tune release limited editions and aren't distribute everywhere now (by Outside in Canada and Caroline in the US). They might be hard to find if you live in the Antarctic or something. CT np: Jazz Spanky & The Sound Approach Spin & Spank Cup of Tea
