The only writing I've got on Musique Concrete and similar is "New Sounds:
The Virgin Guide to New Music" by John Scaefer (1987 isbn 0 86369 375 x).
It should be easy to track down at your library but if not I can scan/ocr it
for you. When I read it I tried getting our library to get some of the
stuff in but to no luck!
The Pierre Henry stuff was re-released alongside the remix stuff I think...
