Probably because it's a fine release by Richard Bailey. I'm pretty sure he's doing some work with the Sonic Therapy label run by Andrew Hime. Wondering if Rick is releasing more output via Hydrant (Sprout) also.. *** Indeed, we are working with Proem on a new record, a 12" called "Certain Kinds of Tragedy". I just hadn't gotten round to officially announcing it. If all goes well, it'll be out in May. Not to engage in hyperbole for the sake of selling records, but this one is really good and I'm really excited and ready to get it out there. He'll also be doing a live performance in mighty mighty Denton in either late May or early June. A certain radio station is throwing a show on our original date and I'm trying to figure out what to do, because even my friends say they'd go to the radio show if the lineup is what's being promised. (Yo La Tengo is involved, along with basically all the best local bands, two of which I booked. You can imagine I'm just a bit pissed.) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
