Well, as someone already pointed out, Genf would be a sure bet. Another band that you should try is Tone Rec from France, they have two albums and a couple 12"s on the Belgian label Sub Rosa that are really good. The second album, "Pholcus", has more of an IDM feel than the first one "Trugny Thugny" (or sth like that...) I'd also recommend the Tone Rec/Scanner 12" on Sub Rosa or the very good compilation "Underwood 3" that you should all get (as a bonus it has a killer Farmers Manual track). Also, the recently re-released on vynil "Repeat" by This Heat (These Rds., UK) should do the job pretty well... as would any album of This Heat. - - Julien
