just to set the record straight...
i am alive, and i am running things pretty much as usual. the one twist here
is that i am buying the mail order from my boss and i have had a lot of
payables to take care of before i start. there have been a few people i have
owed money to, even stuart jones. now if mr. jones had checked, he would
find that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to have currency converted from dollars to
pounds by us postal money order. this is what i decided to do. so he is
getting paid, rest assured
thing that gets me is that the idm list is getting like the peoples court.
people dont settle disputes with you directly, they just go on the list and
tear you up.
i have been under so much stress trying to pay off people its not true.
i am not perfect, nor have i ever claimed to be. i make mistakes, and with
the change over i have been slower than usual and i have made perhaps a
couple more errors than in the past. things are returning to normal slowly.
going into buisness on your own is a difficult thing.
i just wish that people would be more civilized in their dealings on the idm
list. it can be settle disputes quickly, because praise on idm goes a long
way for us record dealers, and insults and slurs do even more.
i dont get on here and say "so and so stiffed me for a bunch of records i
special ordered for him" or "so and so's credit card bounced for the 5th
time" or "someone named sent me a bad check" very childish
i just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. i may not be perfect, but i am honest.
people who deal with me know that.
