i was wondering if anyone knew the origins of the vocal samples BoC uses ("Orange!")...do any of them come from these Canadian video clips that have been recently discussed? if so, i would be interested in seeing (or hearing) the originals (although i can't imagine a bunch of kids going "yeahhhhhh, that's right!" in an educational video, but who knows...) thanks. -brad

theyre probably not from the vignettes, and they sound like theyre straight from a hot dog commercial (dont ask how i came to that conclusion, its just this mental image i get). although i can probably assert of the vocal sample in Orange Romeda (wap100) to be that of a bunch of french canadians going 'Ouaaaaaiiiis!' (which means Yeeeeaaahhh!) but then i may be wrong and this info is sort of trivial anyways... regardless, im writing this post to announce that, soon, i will posted a few quicktimes from vignettes on a website somewhere... the national film board office is in my town, so ill be heading down there later tonight... stay tuned jif
