Sorry if I'm rehashing anything that's already been said, but I recently picked up the We Have Explosive single and the two remixes by Oil sort of stood out...I've never heard of Oil before, and can't find any info about them. Oil is an alias of Leon Mar, who does excellent dark intelligent jungle under the name Arcon 2 as well as eponymously and engineers for 4 Hero. If you liked the FSoL mixes, check out the Oil 12" on their label. Joe

oil = leon mar, aka arcon 2. there is an oil 12" called slight of hand on fsol's EBV label. very excellent. there is an arcon 2 album called "the beckoning" on reinforced. has some sublime moments, but also has some rather average jungle moments too.
