Um, I know this is old old news and flamebait, but what was the story behind the woodenspoon disc from 1996 (on Warp)? I saw a copy of it at my local store, and was wondering if it was worth owning despite its hype. thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jonathan Logan Work: 415 543-2800 UI Droog Home: 415 487-0424 CriticalPath, Inc. It's Disjecta doing "Hangable AutoBulb" style stuff. Not bad for what it is but not amazing. Rare, but not sought after (yet?). Surely somewhere a sad WARP trainspotter is dying for want of this disc? I love it :) and if anyone has it and wants to get rid of it let me know.. I had it briefly when I bought it from modernmusic to trade for HAB1. I taped it, but the tape has been in war-like conditions since then :DD and it's also one of those 33/45 confusion records, I think some tracks sound better at 33, and others at 45 heh.. __ __\ \ / /_\ \ \_____/ "..in whatever you do, if you can't break new ground, what's the point?" - James Cameron
