As I recall Essa 3 was an off-shoot from the Hardkiss Bros. I would recomend anything and everything by them.BTW I just heard that the Delusions of Grandure CD is now out of print. BZZT! Essa 3 is not an off-shoot from the Hardkiss Bros, Essa 3 are/were "Darshan Jesrani and Manish Sehgal who make up Essa 3. The evidence of *talent* in Essa 3 releases is proof of that and I'm sure Darshan could pipe in some confirmation and perhaps even an update on Essa 3? Last I knew they did put some tunes onto ZoeMagik which has also pressed some Hardkissy poop. Teep

Not that I know of... ZoeMagik put out some Young American Primitive, I think. Other than Essa 3 (which, I see the record all the time in the bins at Bill's -- will now have to buy it), I'm hard pressed to think of any other acts on the label.

young american primitive and single cell orchestra both got their start on zoemagik. i think i still have sealed copies of both their first 12"s. the only other act i can remember is tasti box. they never really broke out tho. of course zoe magik mutated into twitch records and enjoyed a modicum of success with electroliners' "loose caboose". -jsd-
