I really don`t think Warp were making a distinction between available and unavailable tracks when they asked BlagJesusBlahWhatever to remove stuff from his site. It`s the fact that high quality, freely available copies of Ae`s music exists at all that worries them, and I guess they think they can stem the piracy tide by scaring small-scale MP3`ers into submission (and it worked, didn`t it?) Personally, I don`t bother with MP3; not because I`ve got a guilty concience, but because I can`t be arsed to wait for the fuckers to download. Piracy will always exist, because everyone (myself included) wants something for nothing. You can be sure, though, that record companies will always find a way to "get theirs". Now stop grumbling, it`s too nice a day for it! <---HEATsink--->
