actually they finished recording it a month or two ago. it hasn't been mixed yet. and it's not a new project, it's the new bomb the bass album, for which jack gets co-writing & producing credit. what's got me really excited is jack just produced the new public enemy track for the upcoming spike lee flick. no joke. -- Jon Drukman jsd@gamespot.com ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Plan: Eat right, exercise regularly, die anyway.

Jack Dangers = God O.D. Perhaps we will overdose on MBM ... If he works his chances and exposure right, he could be the next Alec Empire. Yes, that big! James (convinced Jack's latest projects are all part of a nefarious conspiracy to take over the world - just look at how busy he has been the last 1 and half years following 3 yrs of absolutely nothing {no pun intended})

Is this the track they play in the ads, the " I got game, he got game, we got game" song? if so, Public Enemy has mellowed *just a tad* since Nation Of millions... I thought they were doing the entire soundtrack to the movie? And then they have another album planned for this year... Sam

I'm assuming they mean the dead Aaron Copland and not some other Aaron Copland (unless Hank Shocklee changed his name) (which isn't a bad thing) (either of these, that is). Hopefully this won't be another movie with a soundtrack of 2 songs that actually appeared in the film and 10 songs that were "inspired" by it. Public Enemy deserves better than that, or, err ... at least Chuck D does. Now Jack Dangers, on the other hand ... James np: Labradford (as remixed by jack dangers) Just kidding. Does anyone remember the remixes he did for "Ebenezer Goode" and Bigod 20's "One"? Talk about talent ... the sum was definitely bigger than its parts on those tracks. But I guess even Jack didn't have what it took to make "Perfect Drug" listenable. Okay, that qualifies this as having IDM ramifications.
