saw on an mtv madonna special that chris cunningham is to direct a video off her new album after his authechre (second bad vibel) and aphex twin (come to daddy) efforts perhaps we'll have an interesting madonna video to look forward to ? i wonder will he be allowed the artistic freedom that was very evident in the great first two video's when working with the very corporate madonna ?

You've got your tense wrong, it's "has directed". As in the video has been out for a couple of weeks now.

Well, I like it. It's black & white, very stark, and Madonna is a real hotty when done up as a gothy chick. But then again, I have a strange weakness for goth girls, so I'm a little biased... Greg

Black and white? I just saw it last night and it seems to have color to me. Lots of darkish green hues. So I guess if you're red/green color blind it would look black and white. ;) There are some very cool effects in it. Right near the begining she falls to the ground and when she hits she shatters and the pieces morph into blackbirds and fly away. -Michael
