everyone always does so much urmur bashing. I love the album. ok? probably about as much as lunatic harness, which, though great, I have a hard time listening to end to end. urmur's way more original: lunatic is more like his older stuff, just with better beats. urmur is also the least aphexy. sig

Urmur, it seems to me, is a bit more of an acquired taste. Yes, the tracks seem to strain your ears with their length and lack of obvious hooks, but that is where their beauty lies. Not demeaning Lunatic Harness at all, but it seems to be more of an attempt to put Mike's great melodies to breakbeat (albeit seriously crazy breakbeats). Perhaps that is what he is best at (the melodies, that is), but Urmur, while being a large leap away from his other Mu-ziq material, is still challenging and especially rewarding music. Just my little opinion. J np: guess ..... Urmur Bile Trax !
