Urmur, it seems to me, is a bit more of an acquired taste. Yes, the tracks
seem to strain your ears with their length and lack of obvious hooks, but that
is where their beauty lies. Not demeaning Lunatic Harness at all, but it
seems to be more of an attempt to put Mike's great melodies to breakbeat
(albeit seriously crazy breakbeats). Perhaps that is what he is best at (the
melodies, that is), but Urmur, while being a large leap away from his other
Mu-ziq material, is still challenging and especially rewarding music.
Just my little opinion.
