I just got in the mail my Musik Aus Strom stuff that I order. I really didn't have time to listen to them in depth but I briefly skimmed through them before I left for work. All I can say so far that the Autechre had a huge influence on them. "Hey.. Rob, Sean... can we borrow your equipment!" [hehehe, but its a good thing!!!] I have been crawling the walls to get back home to listen to them. When the IDM '97 poll rolls around, MaS has my vote for best label of the year, so far. ...but we will see if Skam, Rephlex[who are they?], and Warp can kick out some more releases. nice webiste multpappy, but i am confused about something. looking at the discog i notice that you have:
quoted 2 lines MaS1.08> MaS1.08 > Funkstörung
listed as the first release. i was under the impression that it was the second and that the first was extremely limited and out of print and that was why modern music wasn't able to get it in their batch of mas releases. but in your discog it is the first release and the second is:

which modern music didn't get in. can someone sort me out here? also, anyone know where i can pick up break art? it's the only mas disc i'm missing :( will trade for sex rhymes... gnz.

pj did get this in, but i think the numbers were smaller for this than the other 5 releases. he didnt have to enought to go around the first time, but eventually got them (has them?) i still see various mas releases listed at modern music and bent crayon.

i got the entire catalog through them. i was also able to get funkenstort on compost there as well. actually, the first mas 12 i got was through stuart at mfr, but that operation apparently is on hold. the acid planet releases are the real challenges as far as i know. good luck,cl
