Where was I? Was I sleeping? Or has this not come up for discussion? Is there a review lurking somewhere for Vwm's dol-lop CRYPTIC AUDIO? I got this today in an exchange for unwanted Christmas gift CD's (ha!) and the sleeve says "dol-lop is Yoshiwo Maeda from MetroJuiceRecords, Tokyo". It's really cool laid back chill-out- suggestion-for-97 type slow jazzy ambientish... sorry, I'm bad at this :-) It doesn't exactly kick you into the stratosphere, but is gently massaging to the spirit... or something equally pretentious. Does anybody have further info? I *

theres plenty o' info about the dol-lop boys on the swim~ page as well as a link to their metrojuice page, which has tons o' .wav files of some great tokyotechno. their w-moon stuff is quite good as well. you can order directly from swim~.it will wind up costing pretty much the same price you might pay in a shoppe (if you can find it) but at least _all_ the proceeds make their way to the label/artist... happy n-e-w-y-to the e-a-r jonathan
