Here is the final ballot for the 1997 IDM Poll. Before voting, please indicate your name and e-mail address in the space provided, replacing the series of periods (..........). To vote, simply delete every nominee in each category except the one you wish to vote for. You may vote for only one nominee in each category. If you do not wish to vote for any of the nominees in a category, delete everything in that category except "I Abstain." If you try to vote for more than one nominee in a category, your vote will not count. Write-in votes (that is, votes for something that is not a nominee) will not be accepted. Mail your ballot to cspot@hyperreal.org, not to the IDM mailing list. Your "Subject" line must contain the word "poll". Votes are due by midnight Pacific time, 31 December.
