To all, What's the scoop on this artist? I just picked an album by him called "Let's get killed". I only listened to it briefly in the CD store last night but was very intrigued by it so needless to say I bought it. Ross ;-)

UK based DJ/artist who does what I would pretentiously describe as "cinematic techno", i.e. there are a lot of soundtrack-ish and filmic elements in his work. First caught my attention due to the title of his first album: "This Film's Crap, Let's Slash The Seats" (there's that movie connection again). Dunno if he's done any work under other names or not. This baby comes highly acclaimed : "From the Winner of Best essential Mix at Muzik's SAS awards 1997" Voted album of the month by: MixMag, Muzik, Jockey Slut, Big Issue, Wax & Select. "Let's Get Killed is every music fan's dream come true in glorious living stereo" (MixMag) WELL!!! It doesn't get much better than that, surely :-) I am yet to hear this - apparently it came and went and sold out pronto and new stocks are not yet in... so please spill the beans: What's it like? Actually I noticed that a couple of the songs were recorded at "Sabresonic Studios" on the new album. Ross

Hey Bart You're using enriched text mode or *something* that only others using the same mail programme canbenefit from (ie. print or view the way you write it, with bold, underlinings and italics etc.) This is what you seem to be using: X-Mailer: QUALCOMM Windows Eudora Pro Version 4.0 Release Candidate 3 <><><><><> For the rest of the list members, this poses an irritating problem, because my programme wants to open the web browser in order to read your messages - which rather disturbs the flow of plodding through heaps of posts. Can you please do us all the favour of switching to a 'normal' text mode and ticking the appropriate options box off? Thanks very much. I *
