You really need both versions of this comp to get all the best tracks. Here's whats on both of them. . Plug Research & Development comp cd (Plug Research/PR10-VC1) Produced by: v/a Format: cd Released: 1997 Tracks: Smyglyssna: mjukfryst kor all* Phthalocyanine: cassette (lustmord remix)* Wrench: saud* Nine Machine (steve pickton & mark broom): g* Low Res: multratio* Ravers Over Venice (Beauton): pok gentle TD5: self tapper Phthalocyanine: warship Mr. Hazeltine: raspus (2nd round)* Smyglyssna: om partiklar och lyktstolpar * = tracks exclusive to CD. . Plug Research & Development comp 2x12" (Plug Research/PR10-VC1) Produced by: v/a Format: 2x12" Released: 1997 Tracks: Low Res: skint** <--- typo Danny says it's actually skid. Phthalocyanine: warship TD5: self tapper Ravers Over Venice: pok gentle Lucid Lung: tatum** R.E.A.L.M.: swift kick** Mannequin Lung: the sliver state** Smyglyssna: om partiklar och lyktstolpar ** = tracks exclusive to 2x12" The main difference between the two is the "feel" of each release. The CD version has a more downtempo listening feel wheras the 2x12" has a more experimental dancefloor feel. The 2x12" will be one of my top 5 releases of 97.

Navy Warships, Phthalocyanine's album on his Phthalo label is quite an engaging experimental listening experience. Also recommended. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states
