Hey everybody--I've been flooded with responses, more than I can possibly
use--thanks!! I absolutely agree that I should NOT just bring in Sqpr
without the appropriate context--hence, my question. I think this is
going to be a blast.
Thanks also for the many supportive comments on the class in general. I
want it to be a real eyeopener--how music's made today. Within a few
days, I'll be putting the syllabus as it now stands on the web; I'll
issue the URL once that's done.
Thanks again--I've been grateful for this list ever since I signed on a
year ago, because most of my CD purchases this year have been directly
from IDM recommendations and only one or two have disappointed. The rest
have knocked me out of my socks in one way or another. And now I have
another reason to be grateful-- J
