Good news. Just received word today that Airbag Records (bad name, nice label) has reissued T-Power's Waveform album Stateside. For those who passed on the import, I highly recommend it.... a darker, noiser, original take on drum'n bass.... very abstract and extremely beautiful. Also, Kuma's album on Plink Plonk has been put out on Airbag as well. It's a bit less daring, but none the less pretty scary drum'n bass just the same. I'm certainly keeping an eye out to see where this label goes.... I do admire people who license European product over here. Aaron np: Kuma (airbag)

These have been out for months, domestically. I've seen ads for airbag (but I could have swore it was called something else) for quite a while in the local rave 'zines. They even went as far as to post on Socal-Raves looking for interns to help them out. I can't remember who all was involved, but for some reason Tamara Palmer comes to mind... More info on this later (when I get home, which is what I always say.), peace out, brock np: Grooverider presents 'the prototype years'
