Remember that in the UK, house/techno etc have now been crossing over and mutating for at least 10 years, ever since 'Pump Up The Volume' and 'Jack Your Body' both hit number 1 in 1987. And of course the people who were into it all back then haven't drifted away just cos they've turned 25 - they've grown with the scene and are still checking out new stuff. And it's true - the people I meet out clubbing these days seem to cover a vast age range. Where I fit into this scheme of things is completely irrelevant. Ahem. Damon. On now: Motorbass - 'Pansoul'
