So what???!! I don't have $140 (US Dollars) to throw away. maybe *you* do?
If so, why don't you send me the money I'm owed and wait until Stuart
reimburses you?

He don't have time? But he did have time to charge my credit card.

Stuart doesn't have to send me the records/CD's...I'd be happy with a cash
refund. If this was one or two items I wouldn't make a big deal out of it
and I'd chalk it up to bad luck or whatever, but to me $140 is a
substantial amount of money. And this is more than just my problem, as you
can see by other people's posts, this is an issue that impacts many other
people on the IDM list.

Ummm... how is that going to happen? Are *you* going to send the goods (or
refunds) to all the people on this list that are owed merchandise? You
didn't read my post very carefully did you? Stuart wrote in his e-mail
addressing this whole mess that the *only* way for people to get their
orders sent out now is to send him "cash or a money order" for 1/2 of the
cost of the order plus postage. This is totally unacceptable for people who
have already paid for their orders via credit card and already paid their
credit card bills, as my credit card company will not allow me to dispute
the charges once I have paid my bill.
Get a clue please.
