Well this is all my opinion, but I suggest you check out the following by the sabres <and related sabres projects>: Sabres of paradise: Haunted dancehall <superb! brilliant. Definite downtempo influence on this one- a classic> Sabersonic II <reissue of sabersonic; has added tracks and a couple of tracks were deleted>. More housey. Not bad. I like this kind of house, so I can hang. Sabersonic <never heard the original so I don't know> 2 lone swordsman: swimming not skimming <basically a remix ep. some mixes by 2ls and others by in the nursery etc.> brilliant. Minimal, emotional and odd sounds By the way this should be more like a remix album. Clocks in around 70 minutes or so. fifth mission <minimial, hip hop influence, housey, ambient etc..; it is all over the place. get it; way under rated. stockwell steppas <another remix ep; 2ls version of house; a cool jungle track; pretty good. I would get the other 2 before this one. But this is worth checking out. Again more like an album. As far as the snapper question: I don't think anyone from sabres is in it. But there is a link between the two. Might have to do with the 2ls' record label <emissions audio output - owned by Andrew Weatherall> for more info on sabres and the such <disography etc..> see http://www.warwick.ac.uk/~esvtk/flightpath/Flightpath.html -dan
