Bought quite a few discs today, although I have to buy a minimum of one disc each week. I think I have a problem! :) Anyway, I got the new Portishead cd, Ae's 'Anti' and 'Cichlisuite' ep's, Plaid's 'Undoneson' ep (first song just blows my mind!), Funki Porcini 'Love, Pussycats and Carwrecks, and I came home with Jedi Knight's 'New School Science' in my mail box from a trade. Man, I really need help with my cd-buying addiction! How do people resist the urge to buy a disc? Not that I want to stop buying cd's, but just so I can spend less on cd. AtL-5

I simply don't... It even broken me and my wife up for a while! We were paying our own bills, and she, having a kid, had many more bills than me, leaving her with no extra $... meanwhile, I was buying 5-10 releases a paycheck (at least)... Needless to say, things have changed quite a bit since then =) Currently, I'm trying to trade more items (though I've got to send a bunch of records out to one particular list member still... along with a BUNCH of black dog tapes *sorry guys!*) Aside from the noted, its hooked me up with some great stuff (bitch/moan - still waiting on As One that I traded my Anti ep for though)... Anyhow, I highly recommend trading... though its hard when you love 99% of what you own...
