I recently picked up Single Cell Orchestra's blockhead.version1.0.omwe021x a:zenithal b:blockhead and blockhead.version2.0.omwe021y a:the drum*the bass b:radiophosphorus both on 12" vinyl. the copyright is 1997, I'm wondering if this is new or old work, re-released, or from something forthcoming, or just stuff. :) If anyone has any information on these in general, I'd really appreciate it. The sound of them is similar to Single Cell Orchestra vs. Freaky Chakra, very beat driven and not quite as melodic as the self titled and not as abstract as Dead Vent 7. All info appreciated. grey. ...the light that burns twice as bright burns half as long... and you have burned so very very brightly... -- Blade Runner grey@danger.net burning brightly http://greyrose.linex.com
