Well I really hate to be the bearer of bad news and I sure as hell hope I'm not spreading a viscious rumor, but it looks like Organic may not be happening tomorrow night. I was just on the phone with a friend who also happens to be one of the people throwing the Campin' Trip event in San Diego on Saturday. As we were chatting I heard him check some messages on his machine...one was from a local sound company saying that Organic wasn't going to happen! Right after that someone called in on his the other line so I hung up. When my friend called back he said that the call had been from the other promoter of Campin' Trip. The other promoter said that he's been getting tons of calls in the last hour or so from vendors who want to come to Campin' Trip because Organic got cancelled......hmmmm. Anybody got anymore info on this? Gonzi? Ken (PureAcid)? I just called the info line and it looks like the event has been moved to the National Orange Show err..Orange Fairgrounds, whatever - in San Bernadino. It says nothing about cancellation but does say it was moved because of the weather (oh my god it must be fucking FREEZING up there) and the access to the hills because of last weeks fire. So as far as I know it is still on but it has been moved. We'll see I guess :) -G-Fresh.

Yeah we heard about this too last night. It was just an hour or so ago that my friends started hearing from some vendors that Organic wasn't going to happen....my only other thought was that the Orange show wasn't allowing the vendors in or were charging too much money. BTW, if anyone confirms that it has been cancelled (though I guess P. Blaine on KCRW says it isn't) please let me know immediatley and I'll do everything in my power (hehe) to have Richard play someplace else on Sat. night as we cannot have another Aphex show cancelled here in LA or we are going to riot.... -Gonzi.
