Is it true that jega is recording an ep for planet u? Does anyone know what we can expect next from skam? Thanks Am one of the only people on the list who thinks luke vibert's big soup is great? It is definetly his most halucinagenic album yet with a big focus on depth and texture. Can someone recomend some other brilliant sampadelic/trip-hop(or whatever u wanna call it) artists? Thanks

hmmm, don't know 'bout jega and planet u. boards are most likely up next on the SKAM front with a full-length (CD only) album...that'll be skam 010. tis funny you mention planet u, 'cos boards are also doing another (YES) album... on planet u. and ALL of it's gonna be new. not a single track lifted from their 20 track demo from 96....talk about having some logged material on hand... ok, back 2 da skam thang... after BoC album, looks like push button objects or maybe freeform... then, of course, mask 3 should be rolling around (I HOPE!!)...i mean, hell, it can't sit on the shelf forever now can it? gosh, mask 4 is probably pressed for all we know... ok, i'm halucinating now. goodbye. Not true. I just talked to Schematics this morning. No PBO on Skam. They aren't very happy about that rumor. Lots of VERY good stuff in the pipe though - nothing I'm allowed to talk about however. PS anybody here in LA want to bring Takeshi out for some shit? As i told you all about a month ago the first planet mu 12" release will be by Jega, followed at some point by Like a Tim, Boards of canada, and possibly a release from myself...Some people just dont listen! : ) Steve /k/./F/
