I have no problem with you using inphlux as your "tag", nickname, etc. or even a project name for that matter, since the spelling is different. Hey, ya never know.... maybe in a few years from now we can plan an Influx vs. Inphlux debate that will be all over the magazines (just like the Chems and the Dust bros.) :-) Then we can get lots of publicity and make loads of cash!! ha ha ha.... I am aware of the Influx record label (they are from Dublin, right?) but have never heard any of their material. I would be interested in finding out if they have a registered Trademark (not a copyright.... those only apply to recorded material, works of art...etc) for the name Influx, as I have one pending. If they don't, then things could get interesting. Just as an aside I have been working with the label Isophlux records recently... Influx, Inphlux, Isophlux......hmmm maybe we are all tapped into the same energy source....possibly part of the same soul group? ,,,,ever read the Celestine Prophecy?
