oo, thank you much for this. my review: consistant. some very good songs, some very okay, no real stinkers. i thought that ab4 was remarkable in its combining some of his coolest songs with some of his most irritating and repetitive (i like the elephant song, though). .ra and .mp3 files are in my opinion the best way of sharing hard to find music. even if it takes forever to download, it's still faster than waiting for a tape in the mail. it's fat files like these, though, that make me wish i hadn't sold my zip drive. anyway, i plan on getting an ftp of my own pretty soon. i'll be using it to host various music files. lookout.

I found this to be much better than AB4. There's one nice track in particular that starts out in 6/4 and then gradually adds a 4/4 component to it. I hope some of this stuff sees the light of day on a Rephlex release - it's definitely worth having. GD

Yeah, thanks. I know you and I requested a copy of AB V from some guy but now it seems you've got a copy. I also know that was told that whoever had this tape was too busy to take tape requests, I'm glad you found someone to tape this. Is there a tracklisting?

Do you have a site that I can download this .ra file because my realaudio player keeps giving me warnings and dropouts about 6 minutes into the recording...so if I downloaded it I wouldn't have this kind of problem.

You shouldn't have sold your Zip drive. I really love mine, too pieces.

a usual confusion: you are responding to the responder as the original poster, and treating both of our comments as one and the same. i, john bergmayer, yesno@primenet.com, had nothing to do with making the bubblebath5 ra file. but i am going to set up an ftp site which will just contain a semi permanent collection of ra and mo3 songs.

I just listened to this: they had some tracks that i really liked.(thanks multsanta) When did this promo surface? 95? Does anyone have a clue when these tracks were recorded? My guess would be circa 93? np piper at the gates of dawn
