Actually, he's already made a fair amount of money on this since it was the artists and not alan who paid for the production costs and have yet to see a dime from any sales. Yes we did. Each of the 10 artists put up $300 to cover the production costs for 1000 cds. Money from sales were to be split 12 ways, I think, equally among the artists, alan, and DAC Crowell who did the mastering. We did receive 10 copies each of the CD, but no money (alan once claimed to have sold 200, many months ago). He also refuses to send us whatever CDs remain unsold. It seems that the artists have better things to do with their time than going after him legally or otherwise over 300 dollars. Sorry to hear that he's not even sending CDs to the people who are ordering it. If that is truly the case, someone should send mail to brian@hyperreal.org to let him know that hyperreal is being used to perpetuate a scam. Lee
