I haven't heard it but I think it's jello biafra, from maybe his first spoken word album (I have it on cassette around here somewhere..), or maybe ice-t's 'the iceberg: freedom of speech' there's the same monologue on both, just with a black sabbath sample or something in the background of the one on the ice-t record. ethan
