Yuk! There were three guys on stage. One guy (in an EBN t-shirt) had his hand on a single knob on a sound mixing board. The other two were doing absolutely nothing at all. The guy with the teeth wasn't even there. I think the guy with his hand on the knob was the only ebn person anyway. There were EBN tunes playing, plus some other tunes. There were two video projections playing videos with EBN printed in the corner. They were clearly edited in advance and we were only watching them being played for us. All you guys who think DJ's aren't artists would have felt extra smug here. As far as hard work in show business goes, EBN makes DJ Shadow look like James Brown. I've seen VJ's (video jockeys to the layman) do crazy insane beautiful stuff using videotapes and primitive video effects boards ALL LIVE, in real time! It's a great way to accentuate music in a show, or even as a standalone art form. Why can't EBN, who are supposed to be pioneers in this, actually put on a real show. Hell, I kinda think that guy had his hand on the knob just for show. -Chris Fahey
