Yep, this sure is one bad-ass EP! I've been looking for the 12" since the day it came out and haven't been able to find it. The Hidden Rooms comp was good, but missing my favorite mix. :-( But there is hope... This off the juno site: Scheduled for 7 July STUDIO PRESSURE : Relics/Presha III (Certificate 18 12" limited to 1000 copies: CERT 1808) I hope it's got the plaid remix! peace out, brock. np: V/A - 'Wild at Heart' soundtrack

When Photek first started out he went under the name of 'Studio Pressure'. I've got a copy of 'The Wire', May '97 that has a good interview with some background info on Photek. I'm actually from Ipswich where Photek started his recording career, the Drum & Bass scene is quite strong over here. I'm actually making my own drum and bass tunes, in a very laid back Mellow and Jazzy kind of style, I've also done some rather eclectic stuff a kind of fusion of drum & bass, house and techno(!). Does anyone on the list make their own music who I can contact for exchange of ideas? Or perhaps someone might know of recording labels I could try sending demo's to. Respond via private e-mail if necessary. *PEACE* Anthony Ewers, 'Metastasis' email: anthony@phatmac.demon.co.uk
