Luke Vibert: "Do Unto Others" EP I really do love the new EP. The previous Mo Wax EP was special to me because of the tunes but the beats were also excellent. I was really anticipating the new EP and it certainly didn't disappoint. The melodies are still oh so Vibertesque, but I think I see what you mean about the formulaic Mo Wax sounds. I don't really buy much Mo Wax so I can't say I've heard it all before, but maybe Luke just wanted to try those breakbeats cos he digged them. I certainly do, although it's still the hooky tunes that make the EP special. I don't think of the EP as "The cutting edge of IDM" but as a really warm relaxing and enjoyable EP reflecting what Mr Vibert is into right now. Remember, it's only my opinion. -Ed
