Sorry for the crosspost. Does anyone know of any other UK mail order people that discount VAT for people not living in Europe and that have web pages. I've only found Pastel Blue so far. I've found Sister Ray's pages but they don't discount VAT, which more than covers postage in the case of Pastel Blue. Thanks in advance.
