Weird. I'd never really thought about this before. My first thought
was that music videos are inherently mainstream. Why does music need
visuals? If the peice is audio/visual, great, but if it is a peice of
music, it seems somewhat silly to have someone go make some visuals
for it. Not to mention the shabby content of most music videos (that
I've seen anyway, and it has been years).
I frankly can't imaging what a squarepusher video would be like. I'd
be interested to see, but only if he wants me to. The whole idea is a
little bizarre.
