Wondering what any of you thought of these comps. are they worth picking up? vol 1 better than vol 2? All the stuff i've heard from Compost I've really liked, so i'm pretty sure getting one of these is a safe bet. just want to get some opinions first. thnx -z

Both are excellent, but different. First is more ambient jazz with quite mellow rhythms and programming. The second (a tasty double set) focuses more on jazzy breaks and melodic d&b. Features a lush dirty beat of Mr. Paradinas, by the way. Highly recommended. 3

If you're talking about the domestic releases, I think Vol.2 is the same as the import Vol.3. If so, GET IT! IT's great! It's the one with Gescom's Keynell on it and a Mike Paradinas Track (unreleased). There are a bunch of other great tracks by Fauna Flash and Cool Blu. Get it. I wish I knew it was coming out domestically in the US because I could have saved myself a fair amount of cash. ARM/Ren
