You guys are all so funny.... :) The disc was basically a recording of Autechre's weekly radio show that they do for KISS FM in Manchester (is that right?) every week. If you live in the area, you get to tune into stuff like this all the time (or so I'm told...). Warp aren't exactly that motivated to repress the disc at the moment, because the do this every week on DAT. i plan to burn a limited amount of copies of the ae ra show by the end of the month [limited = no more cds than fingers]. however, my source is an audio cassette copy of the ra broadcast and not the promo disc. still, it sounds decent, with ra compression leaving it's special touch on the already special ae percussion. interested? contact me. Incidentally, I still have a copy of the .ra file on my ftp site. ftp://zerius.victoria.bc.ca/pub/audio/ae_radio.ra if anybody didn't get a chance to hear it the first time. I'd love a copy of the CD on CD, though. Whenever I'm in a car I listen to either Ae radio or Plod's Backgammon tape (which is as good, if not better, as everybody says it is). and people wonder why there aren't more RA broadcasts. if we wanted shitty CD-Rs with our music on them being distributed we'd be doing it ourselves. g.

ten people on idm is not a demand unfortunately. there is no demand for this sort of compialtion release and besides as i have repeatedly stated it's just a radio show, all the tracks on it have been released or will be available at some point. don't fret you're not missing owt. g.
