anytime there is someone who gets a lot of attention for any reason, there
is backlash. rdj does get too much worship, but it's not without cause.
don't forget the origin of this list. don't forget who made this genre
'famous'.
anytime there is someone with a strong personality, either people love him
or hate him. (witness ben weasel in the now much talked about punk
scene.) also, we all know what happens when an artist begins getting any
recognition or fame.
ken, if you're looking for flaws in his music you'll find them. sorry to
say, the same goes for yours. i just hope it's really his music you
dislike, and not the fact that he's stealing the spotlight.
he's semi-famous because of his tall tales and antics, not his music.
that's true. but i heard his music before i heard of him, and it stands
by itself. the gossip and myth is just what makes being a fan so fun.
