Can't say much about his contributions to repeat although I wouldn't
hesitate to agree that it's a very fine record (kinda jazzy w/ almost
neo-psychadelic repetitive grooves...). Mark Broom has been on the go for
years. Well worth checking out (though it does sound a little dated now) is
his 'Gold Cheese' 12" which was highly regarded. It also features writing
credits for Handley and Turner and credits 'Black Dog Productions'. Another
contributor to this list may be better qualified to comment on this,
however!
Mark Broom has been evident by himself in recent years and, again, his
'Emulate' ep [Cosmic Records 1995] seemed to garner some praise if I recall
correctly. His 'A13' artist status may point in the direction of current
connections with Kirk Degiorgio as well...?
