On 24-Feb-97, Zenon M. Feszczak scribbled something about (idm) ISDN limited:

>ISDN?
There is the limited edition one which was sent to the US in cramped cardboard
wrapping. It was limited to 10,000 copies and released as Astralwerks 6144.
The other version has a white sleeve and contains two more tracks, but is not a
limited edition. it's just a reprint of it.
quoted 1 line I have the U.S. domestic release, white cover, black title, jewel box.
>I have the U.S. domestic release, white cover, black title, jewel box.
You have the reprint.
quoted 2 lines I've heard rumours about versions with additional tracks, different track

You have the version with additional tracks.. the one with velcro, (spandex?!
:D), and the funky styling is the limited one.
