Does anyone know where I can get any of the releases from the german label Hypnotism? I have the first two but it seems as though there are more to be had. I live in the U.S., so any suggestions on mailorder houses would be cool. Um, I think that Modern Music is pretty much the only source Stateside (they got me A.D.).

Sister label? I really doubt it. From what I understand, Uwe Schmidt had sort of a falling-out with them. Originally he was commissioned to create all of their releases' picture sleeves (under the guise of his graphic design company, Linger Decoree), but something(?) went sour. I know at least the first four were done by him though. Anyway, here are the releases I know about on HYPNOTISM: HT01 BITNIKS "Halograms" (Uwe Schmidt + ?) HT02 EARCLOUD "Chlorophile Fumes" (Victor Sol + Alex Martin) HT03 ALMOST DIGITAL "A.D." (Uwe Schmidt) HT04 LAGOWSKI "Prismatic" HT05 EYEPHONE "Reductive" HT06 S.L.O.T. "Seven Seasons" HT07 v/a "Eightracksaid" HT08 EYEPHONE "Emerald" Whether or not this obscure label is still even in existence, I have absolutely no idea.
