no it isn't! yes it is! no it.. (etcetera). Would the discussion on the Pumpkins list be just as, um, elaborate as our little RDJ discourses here everytime they release a new album?

Mmmmjah, maar ik ben wel een sucker voor dat klokkengelui in Disarm. Hey! What about that Mu-Ziq single? Now there's a weird record! Not sure yet if I like it, but it sure sounds strange. A much more 'risky' move than RDJ's last (great) album. Anyone who's into dark & menacing jungle should try Decoder's "In my dreams" (nightmares, more like) 12" on Tech Itch. I think this Decoder is going to be a force to be reckoned with. One of the tracks ('Sub-Osc') on one of his previous singles on Second Movement was was pretty good as well, and there's a track by him/her on the Hardleader compilation "Suspect Package" that is drenched in noises, sounds and loud breaks, and makes the last couple of Ed Rush releases sound positively mellow. Great stuff. Maarten on now: skullflower - birthdeath
