I've never heard a single silent release (and I've heard a few) that could be described as dark. They have all been lovely fluffy swishy swirly soft comfy feather bed type CDs in my experience. Does someone have an email address for Silent ? Has anyone checked with them about the SKAM double-cd ? This release is the best news I've heard in '97 so far, together with the upcoming ?-Ziq release. dv8 (no, _subliminal sandwich_ is not annoying, is the way of the future)

dunno the email, but from what i've heard, this information was a secret until a few days ago (on this list)...i'm not sure what kind of welcome or response you would get by contacting them about it. mikebee
