Excellent stuff. If you like this also check out Steve Roach "Artifacts", Robert Rich and Lustmord "Stalker" (even more ambient), Vidna Obmana and Asmus Tietchens "sysrenia 2", anything by Paul Schutze (check out his project Seed "vertical memory" for dancier stuff), and the list goes on. A great compiliation that covers a lot of these artists (be prepared for an onslaught of sounds that will invade your lucid dreams) is the 3CD "Storm of Drones" on Asphodel. This opens up the door to a whole different world of music that I find fascinating and probably does belong on another list like Ambient or the Space-music list. Most of these artists are in no way affiliated with the dance/rave music culture and have no desire to be. They are a class of their own and not only are alien to this planet, solar system, galaxy, but to this universe. My two cents anyway. If your more interested in this sort of thing feel free to email me private or join the ambient or space-music list. http://home.earthlink.net/~remora rem.o.ra \'rem-*-r*\ \-r*d\ n [L, lit., delay, fr. remorari to delay, fr. re- + morari to d]elay - more at MORATORY 1: any of several specialized fishes (of Echeneis and related genera) having the anterior dorsal fin converted into a suctorial disk on the head by means of which they cling to other fishes and to ships

I must add Robert Rich's "A Troubled Resting Place" This is definitely an ambient list topic though. ,
