: I've seen a new 2CD set called something like "The History
:of Chicago House" personally picked by Marshall Jefferson. Would
:this appeal to "Groovy, Laidback & Nasty" CV fans? Anyone know more
:about this item?
Its a three disc set with a bunch of early Chicago house songs on the
first two discs, and the last disc is a dj mix by Marshall Jefferson.
Disc 1 includes "Move Your Body," "No Way Back," and "U Used To
Hold Me." Disc 2 includes "Can You Feel It," "This Is Acid," and
"Ride The Rhythm."
Not very IDM, but you asked. I don't see any relationship to Cabaret
Voltaire.
