Ok so I have several off the trippy visual programs for my PC. I was
wondering if someone could reccommend a decent scan converter for the PC.
For those of you who wonder "What the hell is a scan converter". It is a
piece of hardware that converts an RGB signal - like that which goes to your
monitor, to Composite one - in this case being NTSC. The video standard of
the lovely U.S. of A.
Please send me reply's via private e-mail, no sense bothering anyone who
isn't interested. Anyone else who wants copies of what I get can also
request that I forward it to them.
