Not to mention the acne-scarred Taiwanese(?) guy. They appear together in the "Amoeba" vid and in the "praying" pic on the Dead Cities inlay. Does the DC book explain these two characters any more? The running suspicion at my house is that the guy is called Vit. The girl is given modeling credit on Lifeforms, but that seems to be all. Response to the new album on the list has been interesting, insofar as most of the disappointment seems to stem from the fact that it sounds like FSOL. All I can say is that if more people could do what they do, I'm sure they'd be doing it. I've tried it and it's damn hard. =) I like it, but possibly like the stuff on _My_Kingdom_ more. FSOL seem to be particularly strong at e.p.-length journeys. Pleased to see Yello mentioned on the list. I can't admit to ever being a raging snarling fan, but they were seriously innovative and unique/bizarre. Adventurous souls should definitely pick up either of their best-ofs. Still looking for a review of Quoit (M.J. Harris) ... --Seofon

FSOL will always stay FSOL... They have a special style that only THEY can make (otherwise it would become quite boring if the recordstores were full of FSOL alike stuff...) FSOL is for me one of the first groups who succeeded in tha fact to keep me interested a full 70 minuits, with nice mixed tracks who creat -as you said- a full lenght journey. They're the only guyz that make me fly without drugs (and I never took drusg so :))) <About the Girl that returns every album> - It's NO texture smashed on a 3D Barbie Model, why not? Well, because you can see the bluescreen behind her (yeah ya need to look good I know) it's just a normal videorecording placed in a 3D computeranimated world with a bluescreen technique. np.: FSOL's "Dead Cities" (yeah I know It's a coincidence...) .%.
