For a while I've been a fan of Uwe Schmidt's Lassigue Bendthaus identity, and I'm interested in some of his other stuff. But of course I have no idea where to start. I *really* liked "Pop Artificialle." Atom Heart - any recommendations? Lisa Carbon Trio? Anyone? Anyone? Is Datacide any good? You should listen to HAT. Really minimal squeaky noisy funky electro, with the usual precision production... The Mono Tm stuff is great as well, really cool ol' school breakdancin' stuff... The Lisa Carbon is more of an acquired taste, personally, I think its' great, but if you're not big on goofy latin stuff layered over somewhat loose and "offkey" electronics, it's probably not your cup of tea... The new Senor Coconut release "German Dance", is apparently samba versions of Kraftwerk tunes. I've ordered it from Japan, I think it will be well worth the 50 bucks...
